Writer's Tool Box Top Ten

Review Date: May 31, 2010
Reviewer: Samantha Ruskin, SC
If a writer had a toolbox, [and who among us doesn't?]this book would be in the top ten list of must have tools. Does it really matter if it is an older version? Yes and No. An older version is better than none at all but things change so quickly and it is so critical to have the correct names and addresses that having the newest version you can get is a wise investment. But it even before stamps of shipping envelopes because your money is wasted if your manuscript never reaches the person who needs to see it.
Great Resource!

Reviewer: Patrizia Lattanzio, Pennsylvania ~ United States
For those people who are starting out in writing, this book is a great resource. Accomplished writers may know about the inside markets and how/where to query sources, but new writers need the guidance from this book. Essentially, it delivers. I've used the Writer's Market books since college, and I have never been let down. I gave this book as a gift to a new author, and he is appreciative of the wealth of useful information.

WRITERS

Review Date: May 12, 2010
Reviewer: Sharon S. Roche,
This isn't a book you sit down and read. It's a reference guide for writers on where to get published, what type of writing and other aspects of the writing life. It'a s great book, but not to just read. It's a book you can learn from.
